GoodPAYE Teams Up with The Clear Company to Promote Inclusive and Purpose-Driven Workplaces

We’re excited to announce a new partnership between GoodPAYE and The Clear Company, a leading consultancy specialising in workplace Culture and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). By working together, we’re bringing new opportunities for businesses to create inclusive workplace cultures while empowering employees to make a positive impact through Payroll Giving.

What This Partnership Means

As part of the partnership, GoodPAYE will be showcased on The Clear Company’s award-winning digital accreditation platform, Clear Assured. This will make it easier for their clients – organisations dedicated to improving their workplace inclusion – to access Payroll Giving. This integration simplifies the process for employees to support the causes they care about, helping organisations embed social value and charitable giving into their workplace culture.

We’ll also be teaming up on workshops and webinars to help businesses inspire action. One of the first events planned is a neuroinclusivity-focused webinar in March 2025, in which we’ll share insights on creating workplaces that embrace different ways of thinking.
