Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement is a response to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.  GoodPAYE is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking violation in it’s operations and supply chain. We have zero-tolerance towards slavery and require our supply chain to comply with our values.  

Organisational Structure and Supply Chain

GoodPAYE is a Professional Fundraising Organisation operating in the UK. Our primary business activities involve the promotion and facilitation of Payroll Giving schemes to employeesOur supply chains predominantly include the purchase of IT equipment and services.  

Policies

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. 

Due Diligence Process

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains, we: 

  • Identify, assess and action potential risk areas in our business and supply chains 
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains 
  • Protect whistle blowers 

Risk & Compliance

We have evaluated the nature and extent of our exposure to the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains and we consider that we operate in a low-risk environment due to our small organisational structure and minimal supply chain.   

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, we provide training to our staff.
