Alice Wright
CEO
Alice joined the payroll giving world in 2013. As CEO, Alice steers the GoodPAYE & StC ship, combining big ideas with practical solutions to deliver meaningful impact. She is passionate about creating opportunities for employers and employees to make a difference.
Kara Francis
Operations Manager
Kara oversees the day to day running at GoodPAYE- maximising efficiency and productivity by implementing processes and ensuring compliance. As well as managing HR and looking after the team's wellbeing.
Bettina Irvine
Corporate Development Manager
Bettina uses her extensive third-sector experience to build strong relationships with companies. She creates innovative and interactive Payroll Giving schemes that adapt to each company’s unique needs and goals.

Partner and Customer Engagement Lead
Rachel is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with both Corporate and Charity partners. Keeping up to date with sector news, creating content for our website and social media platforms, Rachel ensures that the GoodPAYE word is spread far and wide!

Business Development Support
Donna keeps the wheels turning at GoodPAYE, supporting every part of the business. She also works with the marketing team to help develop content and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Dawn Dwyer
Senior Payroll Support & Donor Care
Dawn is our go-to expert on the Payroll Giving process. She provides advice to payroll teams, answers donor queries, and plays a vital role in managing the Payroll Giving Platform.
Kay Gillham
Booking Team Leader
Kay works closely with clients to schedule visits from our fundraising team. These visits are key to spreading the word about GoodPAYE to employees and driving greater participation and impact.
Chloe Gammon
Fundraising Co-ordinator
Chloe ensures our fundraisers are readily available to connect with clients. Her efforts help spread the GoodPAYE message through direct, face-to-face engagement with employees.
Rachel Murphy
Scheduling Assistant
Rachel supports Kay in coordinating client visits with our fundraisers. Together, they ensure everything runs smoothly to maximise the reach and effectiveness of our efforts.
